Great seller -- The issue is not with the seller except she doesn't pay for returns. Now, I'm stuck with 2 of these Victorian cats. Well, save your money unless you like junk. They are not well made. The hair on one was falling down from under the hat. I wouldn't dare give them as gifts. Oh, yes, they looked good. The key word there was "looked," but when I received them is when I found them unsatisfactory to me. Anyway, that's my opinion and maybe I received a bad batch, but I wouldn't spend my money on one. I'm honest, read my other reviews and then make your decision. One complaint about the seller: a seller who stood behind their merchandise would pay return shipping!
